NIGHTLY RITUAL
Dear ladies,
With all the changes in our lives these days our structures and routines are hard to stick too .
The long lazy summer days are here at last , with an abundance of sunshine, summer flowers and fruits .
My favoured strawberries and wiped cream ,staying up late enjoying our long evenings ,can cause us to forgo our beauty routine at night .
Us ladies need to manage time out for ourselves .Doing this will make us look and feel better .
You will never regret minding yourself .
During summertime our skin needs attention .
We notice dryness and dullness.
By properly looking after our skin at night you will see a vast improvement in its appearance.
NIGHTLY ROUTINE
Remove all make up using a cleanser suited to your skin type .
To really cleanse your skin at night cleanse twice.
Remove cleanser with muslin cloths or sponges
[My favourite are Dr Hauschka sponges.]
Tip: Using muslin cloths or sponges apply a few drops of DR HAUSCHKA BATH ESSESCE into warm water.
Apply toner for your skin type
Apply your eye cream
Night serum

WEEKLY NIGHT ROUTINE
Once or twice a week it is wonderful to really treat your skin.
Start with cleansing your skin thoroughly.
Exfoliation
Use a facial scrub (exfoliant), micro gel peel or gommage, always remove these products really well.
Masks
Apply mask: Hydrating and soothing masks are best after an exfoliation and may be left on all night.
